Oula Kitchen & Bar is the heart of Lapland Hotels Oulu, a restaurant that pays homage to the Nordic experience and evokes the feeling of Lapland. The Saami word "oula" means "flood waters" - the same word that gives Oulu its name, which is known for its flowing river. The dishes designed by Oula's chefs bring Lapland's nature to your plate in a delicate and evocative way.

Our surprise menu is a celebration of the North's biodiversity and the world's purest ingredients. We've trekked along the rolling fells and swampy forests to make sure our surprise menu offers northern nature in its authentic and unique form. In addition to the surprise menu, we serve a slightly more relaxed bistro menu and breakfast.
